Terms & Conditions of Card :

(1) Your Discount Card is not transferable and can only be used only by named person on card.

(2) Your Card is usable against variable amounts on offers . See your attached list for correct deductable amounts per provider which will always be a percentage EG : Bill amounts to 100.00 euro and where the provider is offering 5% discount off then your bill will be deducted by this cash equall amount.

(3) Only one card can be used per transaction , and only one transaction per provider is accepted.

(4) When booking leisure activities , hotels , restaurants , you must quote your card number and name.

(5) Your discount card is valid for 1 year of purchase, this date will be printed on the front of your card , and you will be notified 1 month in advance of its expiration date and offered a chance to renew , purchase of card is limited to one Discount Card for use per person.

(6) Local Discounts Ireland accepts no responsibility for violations or misprints of the participating companies or providers , listed on the website , or violations of the rules and regulations of the card however if notified we will endeavour to notify you of these changes via our website which will be updated daily.

(7) The Local Discount Card or website offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers by the providers , except with their given permission. This includes vouchers, other cards or coupons, and coupon codes.

(8) Each listed provider has an agreement with Local Discounts to honour this discount card ,discount codes on presentation, but Local Discounts cannot be held responsible for non compliance or breach of these rules , this must be taken up with the provider.

(9) Once purchased we do not offer a refund on your card or online discount code offer & the card cannot be cancelled accept by written request and valid reason given .
